How do I rent and move in?

What are the access hours?

Wilmington (236 Cuba Rd): 24-hour access. Blanchester (931 S Broadway St): 6 AM to 8 PM. Midland (104 Broadway St): 24-hour access.

How do I pay my bill?

Are rentals month-to-month?

Yes — stay as long as you need, with no long-term contract.

Can I park an RV, boat, or vehicle?

Yes — our Wilmington location at 236 Cuba Rd offers RV, boat, and vehicle parking. It's the only one of our three locations with it. Reserve online or call (937) 382-8400 to check availability.

What can I store?

Household items, furniture, appliances, seasonal gear, and business inventory all work great. You can't store anything hazardous, flammable, perishable, or living. Not sure about an item? Call (937) 382-8400.

How secure are your facilities?

Which location should I choose?

Usually whichever is closest. We serve Clinton County and nearby towns including Sabina, New Vienna, Clarksville, Martinsville, and Port William. Need 24-hour access? Wilmington and Midland have it. Storing an RV or boat? Wilmington is your spot.
